hi, i have one question, im portuguese and i cant register on some U.S. sites. my question is, whether it is necessary that the e-mail or with some special server?

I have here in the netherlands the same problem..
I'ts not your e-mail adress, that's makes it impossible but your IP-
adress of your PC (its registreted for Portugal / europa) i have tried with an .hotmail adress and even that does int work.
